Arbequina

A classic. It is harvested at a specific time to obtain a single varietal Arbequina oil in its most traditional recipe.

Tasting note

Colour: Greenish Yellow
Aroma: Medium fruity olive. Depending on vintages, a broad base of reminiscent of artichokes, tomato plant and various vegetables.
Taste: Sweet with an apple background and evoking almonds. Low-intensity piquant, with astringency appearing only at the finish.

Sikitita

A natural hybrid between Arbequina and Picual developed by the University of Cordoba. The Santa Inés agronomic project has been a very important part in the entire gestation and development process. Santa Inés has the largest planted area in the world.

Tasting note

Colour: Chlorophyll Green
Aroma: Fruity and sweet. Very well-balanced.
Taste: Persistent sweetness; bitterness is not perceived, lightly piquant, and reminiscent of green banana strands. A very comfortable oil in the mouth.

Arbosana

A variety orginally from the Penedés, it receives the name of the Tarragona village of L´Alborç.

Tasting note

Colour: Golden yellow
Aroma: Wide variety of vegetables, especially fresh grass. Presents hints of other fruits such as walnuts, green almonds, tomatoes and fennel.
Taste: Full and balanced, with lightly bitter freshness, piquant and sweet. With attenuated astringency that identifies this oil with green and brilliant olives.
